County Art Teachers and Parents
All students are invited to submit art work for the show, including home schooled students.
REMEMBER: Dates to bring in work are March 29th (11-4) and March 30th (11-5)
There will be four divisions of competition: High School Middle School 3rd through 5th Grades K-2 First, Second and Third & Honorable Mention place prizes are awarded in each division.
Each student may enter no more than 2 pieces of work, not to exceed 18”x 24” in size. Art must be either matted with a backing or mounted on a sturdy board (such as poster board) for hanging.
All work must be identified legibly on the back with the students name, grade level, and school.
Two labels are required to be attached to each piece. 1) One label permanently attached to the back of every piece. 2) The other label with the same information must be paper clipped to the art.
Attached at the bottom are a .pdf file of the labels to use. Please use these for consistancy!
We
will call the teachers with the award winning names, so you can invite
the winning students to the Awards Breakfast on April 16th.
Pick Up: All entries must be picked up after the show Tues. April 28th 11AM-4PM or Wed. April 29th 11 AM-5 PM at the Larimer Art Center. We cannot be responsible for art left after those dates. Sincerely, Evelyn Snyder
